These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Theorypass ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the https://theorypass.co.uk/ website and our mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"). You agree that by accessing the Service, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICE.
This product includes the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) revision question bank.
The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) has given permission for the reproduction of Crown copyright material. DVSA does not accept responsibility for the accuracy of the reproduction.
Furthermore, unless otherwise indicated, the Service is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Service (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright.
You may link and quote our content under the Fair Use policy, without explicitely asking for permission, provided you add a direct link to the source.
By registering on our website, or using a social login such as Google, you agree to receive updates, important information or announcemnt to your e-mail address. You are allowed to unsubsrice from the service at any time.

Your answers will be stored and used to provide you with a better experience that is bound to these terms. You grant Theorypass the full ownership rights to use these answers. Your answers can be used in aggregate form to further improve the learning system or provide insights to the broader industry e.g. in the form of a blog post.
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Service for violations of these Terms of Use; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Terms of Use.
We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use.
To access the full features of our app, you need to subscribe to our full service. We use Stripe as a payment provider.
Our billing cycles are stated on our pricing table, as well as the checkout page at the time of payment.
The subscription fee will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle, unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, online, in the account panel. You must cancel at least 2 days before your current subscription renewal date. If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for any payments already made, but you will continue to have access to the full features of our app until the end of your current billing cycle.
To ensure the cancellation is successful, double-check your subscription status. It should say that your subscription has been canceled.
If you cancel your subscription during the free trial period, but you completed over 600 of theory questions or over 25 hazard perception clips, you will be charged a service fee of 3.00 GBP.
If you cancel your subscription during the free trial period and haven't used the product to trigger the service fee described above, you will not be charged anything and your access to the full features of our app will end immediately.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Service at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Service. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Service without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
We cannot guarantee the Service will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Service, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you have any complaint or claim against us relating to these terms and conditions or our Service, you must first contact us directly and give us a reasonable amount of time to respond and resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue, then you must submit your final legal action notice to us by emailing to legal (@) theorypass.co.uk, giving us 4 weeks to respond before taking any legal action.
